The receptionist Pujie was exceptionally very nice, my son forgot his phone in the taxi and the hotel staff checked their entrance camera to get the taxi number but because it was dark they couldn’t, Pujie called the taxi company but they couldn’t trace the taxi driver. The next morning Puji went with me to the police station to get the taxi driver number plate me helped get the phone back. The staff are very helpful and nice.

The staff are very kind and helpful specially (Qingxi, Tuo hai, Youwei and Huihui), they were smiling and offering help. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. the room service is excellent, complementary water and soft drinks.

The hotel is good and very clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast doesn't offer enough variety, especially for guests from Europe. It would be great if there were more options available, including some European specialties.

Clean place, room service was wonderful. Laundry room open for residents to wash clothes. Staff were soo great, even if they don’t speak English well, they made such a great effort to help. Thanks to the housekeeping ladies for such a splendid service.

The hotel is modern and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. One, Husen, was especially helpful with all the different requests I had which made my stay extra good.
